A former Chief Risk Officer, Financial Analyst and Auditor for the world’s largest insurance broker, Jon is an innovative, dynamic problem-solver with a strong track record of analyzing complex issues and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions. As Chief Risk Officer, Jon designed, implemented and managed the company’s first holistic enterprise risk management program. Prior to this, as a Senior Compliance Officer, he designed, implemented and managed the company’s anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and trade sanctions compliance programs. When he was a Financial Analyst, Jon helped clients understand the financial condition of the insurance companies they used or were considering using. This allowed clients to make more informed insurance purchasing and claims settlement decisions. He also designed and launched an award-winning, client-focused portal that had over 3,700 registered client users in over 50 countries. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the New York University Stern School of Business along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Nicky is a creative, dynamic and generous problem-solver in any setting she finds herself: lawyer, business leader, consultant or community member. Since 2017, Nicky has dedicated her finance and operations acumen to the local business community by offering outsourced bookkeeping and controller services in Morristown, Montclair, Union and throughout North Central New Jersey.
