Sandra is a Raleigh native, graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lifelong North Carolinian. She has deep connections to the Durham and Chapel Hill business communities and genuinely cares about the growth and success of the area’s small and mid-sized companies.
Sandra’s over two decades of professional experience in sales and business operations includes 17 years in key positions at SAS, a leader in business analytics software and services. In 2018, she founded her Supporting Strategies franchise to deliver bookkeeping services to Durham and Chapel Hill businesses.
In addition to participating in various networking groups, Sandra volunteers at her two boys’ schools and her church and with local dog-rescue groups. Her family enjoys traveling to the North Carolina beaches and mountains, often around her boys’ busy athletic schedules. Any other free time Sandra has, you may find her on a tennis court

Since launching his Supporting Strategies practice in 2014, Pete has built a team recognized for excellence, delivering top-tier financial support to clients.
A former Marine and Finance graduate from George Washington University, Pete is committed to helping local businesses thrive by providing reliable, scalable bookkeeping solutions. Outside of work, Pete enjoys woodworking and sailing, drawing on his navigation skills honed during a Pacific Ocean journey in a 39-foot sailboat.
