Andy and his brother JJ launched Supporting Strategies | Austin in 2015 to assist businesses of all sizes in optimizing their financial and business operations. While JJ keeps the back office in tune, Andy works closely with prospects and clients to identify needs and create sustainable processes to support their organization (turning their operations up to 11).
As a business consultant for 20-plus years, Andy spent plenty of time on the road supporting clients of all sizes as they upgraded their business drivers and achieved their business objectives. He’s received standing ovations for delivering process design, business continuity and project management services across a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, high tech, insurance and healthcare.
Andy earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Spring Hill College. When not working with clients or his team of rock stars, he can often be found at live music events around town.
Andy is also a certified project manager, a member of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, a supporter of Patriot Paws, the president of a 6 Degrees group and a proud father and husband.

When you partner with Supporting Strategies, you are assigned a support team comprised of both a Financial Operations Manager and a Financial Operations Associate, as well as access to our Support Desk. By partnering with Supporting Strategies, you gain access to years of collective business experience. Our average team member has about 10 years of professional experience. We leverage a work force of highly skilled and professional individuals looking for a flexible career and match them up to companies like yours that don’t need a full-time resource – but that do need competent, on-demand support.

Sandie has over 17 years of experience in the bookkeeping field. She has worked in the automotive, commercial construction, property management, nonprofit and retail sectors.
